"We landed in Tirstrup, Denmark, where we were to pick up the Pedersen family and fly them to Coppenhagen. The Danish MS Society organized a contest for families with members with MS, and the Pedersens were the winners. Heidi had MS, and she was there with her husband and three daughters. En route they each took turns at the controls (except for the 2 year old).
Sofi, the 2 year old was obviously not saying much. We did some "zero G" maneuvers, which everyone enjoyed (see the picture with the big smiles) but I was concerned little Sofi might have gotten scared. So I have them a toy I had in the plane.
The following day, Finn, Heidi's husband writes to us. Not only was MS forgotten for a day, but the older girls took pictures to school to show everyone what they've done. More moving was Sofi, who walking around with her mother was pointing up to the sky, saying "more, more". MS is very tough on those suffering from it, and equally tough on their families. I can only imagine Heidi's anxiety as she thinks about the day when she won't be able to walk anymore an care for her daughters. This time however, Heidi probably experienced the biggest happiness a mother can experience, seeing her daughters so happy. She said it was a trip they will never forget."

"This was my first flight with a passenger after getting my Private Pilot Certificate! My friend Lana had never been in a small plane before, so we set off from KRHV (San Jose, CA) to the Harris Ranch (3O8) for a wonderful lunchtime adventure. The air was smooth, the flight was easy, and the lunch was delicious.
I look forward to flying more adventures with friends as I explore my world with my new ticket."

"Flying with 5 beautiful women to Miami sounds like every man's dream come true. Well, I now know better!
Once we got the airport, the girls were all excited, taking pictures, laughing. Then the first problem: all 5 wanted to sit up front! I explained we can move around in flight, and managed to select my first co-pilot.
En route I asked them if they wanted a bit of "up and down", they weren't too sure, so I went ahead. They loved it so much, they asked me to do the proper "zero G", then again. They let my little 1 year old puppy literally fly in the cabin. He was shaking for half an hour afterwards!
Video
But the landing was the toughest part. I wanted to let one of the girls, Eniko, do as much of the landing as possible. Have you ever landed with 5 girls screaming all at once? This was the result of my decision. The four girls in the back were screaming because they thought Eniko only is doing the landing. Eniko was screaming because ... well I am not sure why, I think out of excitement! Video"

"Nettie was my best friend in high school out in California. She has since moved to Seattle area and we see each other once a year in order to bake Aunt Kate’s old fruitcake recipe for Christmas. So I gave Nettie a ride in the Sedan.
We were sightseeing up around McMinnville, TN, when the tachometer needle bounced, then pegged itself on 3000 rpm, and then fell off! Meanwhile the whole instrument cluster was vibrating severely. We flew back to Tullahoma while I tried to verify that the airplane was running okay despite the vibration, with Nettie none the wiser. She snapped pictures all the way to the ground.
My sister also comes to bake fruitcake once a year. This year was no different, except that the weather was conducive to flying so we flew in the Luscombe Sedan. I don’t think my sister is going to learn to fly, but she does like checking things off of her 'bucket list'."
